Noel

Noel is an entrepreneur working across training, education, hospitality, and the drinks industry. He is the founder of Green Ginger Training; an organisation focused on developing individuals and organisations through practical learning and real-world experience.

His career has taken an unconventional path across several disciplines. Beginning in engineering, Noel developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem solving before moving into education, where he discovered a lasting interest in teaching, mentoring, and developing people. 

These experiences eventually led him into leadership roles and entrepreneurship.

Alongside his work in training and education, Noel has been involved in hospitality ventures and drinks brands, experiences that have deepened his understanding of business development, leadership and the culture that surrounds successful organisations.

Throughout his career, a consistent theme has been a belief that people and organisations thrive when learning, curiosity, and a shared purpose are placed at the centre of their work. His approach to training reflects this philosophy, combining practical experience with thoughtful reflection on leadership, learning, and professional growth.

Noel is currently writing a memoir reflecting on the experiences, and lessons gathered across his career, exploring themes of leadership, resilience, personal growth, and the value of developing others.

Based in the UK, he continues to work across training, hospitality and business development while contributing to conversations around leadership, education, and the role of learning in shaping stronger organisations.
