Over the years, I’ve worked across, engineering, education, business, hospitality, and product, founding and growing ventures that focus on performance, experience, and impact.

That includes Green Ginger Training and Consultancy, supporting organisations to improve outcomes and achieve compliance. Beyond The Red Door, a bar built around atmosphere and experience, and The Little Red Berry Company, a product brand shaped by identity and flavour.

I’m also the author of One More Time, where I share insights on leadership, endurance, performance, and building something that lasts, based on real-world experience, not just theory.

Not everything I’ve built has worked perfectly, and that’s exactly the point.

The experience behind what I do isn’t just built on success. It comes from testing ideas, facing challenges, fixing what doesn’t work, and doing it better next time. That’s what gives the work real depth.

Beyond business

Some of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned haven’t come from business alone.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve taken on personal challenges including high-altitude expeditions, marathons, long-distance swimming, and charity fundraising. 

Those experiences have shaped how I think about resilience, discipline, and consistency, especially when things aren’t straightforward.

Whether it’s in business or outside it, the same principles apply, show up, stay consistent, and keep moving forward when it gets uncomfortable.

That mindset carries into everything I do in leadership, in building businesses, and in helping others improve performance.
